Tour of the Koblenz mail center
Last week, a few of our employees were able to visit the Koblenz mail center to gain a practical insight into modern postal logistics. During the tour, they were given fascinating information about the letter processing procedures – from acceptance and sorting to the automated forwarding of consignments.
The state-of-the-art sorting technology, which is used to efficiently process thousands of letters every day, was particularly impressive. The employees were able to see how digital systems and precise logistics work together to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with practical impressions and take away new ideas for their own work.
Many thanks to Deutsche Post for always making these exciting visits possible.
