INSITE from Kodak allows you to manage your print data independently around the clock. From upload to preflight check to print approval, you can carry out all steps independently – when and where it suits you.

Our INSITE from Kodak gives you complete independence when uploading, pre-flight checking, positioning, correcting and approving your print data. You can work completely independently around the clock to get your print data on its way to print approval. With access to INSITE and a simple, user-friendly interface, data handling is made easy.

Numerous help functions make corrections easier and more transparent

A scrollable PDF can be used to check the correct sequence and accuracy of the uploaded document. If the delivered file contains errors that affect the print result or make printing impossible, an error log is created via INSITE and also made available automatically. If corrections need to be made to individual pages, the correction page can be placed in the same position as the originally uploaded page and replaced. If the correction page is given the same name as the originally placed page, it overwrites the first upload. Each individual correction step can be recapitulated independently.

Self-made release

Once all corrections have been made, approval can also be given via the system. In this case, the information is sent to us by automated e-mail and printing can begin.
